Schedule a Consultation

Choose the appointment type that is right for you.

The firm offers three appointment options: a brief introductory telephone call, a 30-minute initial consultation, and a 60-minute Strategy Session that includes advance review of your matter and selected documents.

Select an available appointment through the firm’s online scheduling system. The booking page will show current availability and the available meeting format before the appointment is confirmed.

Choose the Appropriate Appointment

Scheduling an appointment, paying an appointment fee, or attending a preliminary call or initial consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship.

An attorney-client relationship begins only after the firm has completed a conflict check and both the firm and the prospective client have signed a written engagement agreement.

The 60 Minute Strategy Session, if accepted, is a limited-scope engagement governed by its own signed agreement. Ongoing representation requires a separate written engagement agreement.

Do not place confidential or sensitive information in the scheduling notes. Scheduling an appointment does not preserve any legal right or deadline. If a deadline may apply before the appointment, call the office at (470) 561-5612.
