Justice. Integrity. Results.
The Law Office of Enoch P. Hicks, LLC represents clients in business litigation, outside and fractional general counsel matters, DUI defense, and select personal injury cases.
Based in Marietta, the firm serves clients throughout Metro Atlanta and across Georgia.
Legal Services
The firm represents businesses and individuals in four principal areas.
For Businesses
Business Litigation
Commercial disputes are rarely just about the legal claims. Cost, timing, leverage, collectability, and the effect on the business all matter.
The firm represents businesses, owners, executives, and other stakeholders in contract disputes, commercial collections, ownership and governance conflicts, business tort claims, and other contested business matters.
Outside General Counsel
Growing companies often need regular legal guidance without the expense of a full-time in-house attorney.
The firm advises businesses on contracts, employment concerns, collections, developing disputes, risk management, and significant operational decisions. The goal is to address legal issues before they become harder and more expensive to solve.
For Individuals
DUI Defense
A DUI arrest can trigger both a criminal case and separate driver’s-license consequences.
The firm examines the traffic stop, detention, officer observations, field sobriety exercises, video evidence, chemical testing, implied-consent issues, alleged refusals, and the other evidence surrounding the arrest.
Personal Injury
After a serious injury, the insurance company begins protecting its interests immediately. The injured person should do the same.
The firm accepts select personal injury cases involving significant injuries, disputed liability, or claims that require careful investigation and litigation.
What You Can Expect

Spend Time and Money for a Reason
Litigation can become expensive and distracting. Each significant step should serve a clear legal, financial, or business purpose.

Meet Enoch P. Hicks
