15 Minute Telephone Call
Telephone only
A quick introductory telephone call to identify the general issue, confirm key facts, and discuss any upcoming deadlines. This appointment is conducted by telephone only.
This option is useful when you are not sure whether a longer consultation is needed. It is not intended for detailed legal analysis, extensive background, or document review.
30 Minute Initial Consultation
In person by default; telephone available
An initial consultation to discuss your situation, immediate concerns, available information, and possible next steps.
This option is appropriate for many initial business, DUI, personal injury, and civil-litigation inquiries that do not require advance document review. An in-person meeting is encouraged and is the default, but a telephone conference is available for those who prefer not to meet in person.
60 Minute Strategy Session (Paid)
In person by default
An in-depth session for a defined legal issue that requires more time, advance review of selected documents, or answers tailored to the specific facts and materials provided.
This option may be appropriate when you want an attorney to review documents before the appointment and use the session to discuss legal issues, practical options, and a proposed strategy. An in-person meeting is strongly recommended and is the default.
Scheduling an appointment, paying an appointment fee, or attending a preliminary call or initial consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship begins only after the firm has completed a conflict check and both the firm and the prospective client have signed a written engagement agreement.
The 60 Minute Strategy Session, if accepted, is a limited-scope engagement governed by its own signed agreement. Ongoing representation requires a separate written engagement agreement.
Do not place confidential or sensitive information in the scheduling notes. Scheduling an appointment does not preserve any legal right or deadline. If a deadline may apply before the appointment, call the office at (470) 561-5612.
